Upon arrival customer showed location of thermostat and filters which were clean. Customer explained how system was just blowing Luke warm air. When looking at attic system found no disconnect in attic for the system. Found the blower motor wheel clean free of debris. When testing bearing had play in the shaft failing inspection. Inspected 7.5 capacitor found failed reading at 6. Inspected coil found it clean free of debris is rusty do to age no leaks found on the coil at this time. System did only on pan float with p trap.When looking at the outdoor unit found the coil clean free of debris. When checking voltage on system found no power coming in. Inspected and reset tripped breaker to find the fan kicking on but once compressor tries to start system tripped breaker. When inspecting capacitor found it failed on the compressor side. When looking at system system in un leveled. Inspected condenser motor to find the bearings have gone bad on the system. Leak searched system which is r
