During my inspection today, I found a few things I wanted to bring to the customers attention. These items have been brought to the customers attention before, but they declined them in the past. They also declined them today. I am noting them on my ticket today, in case anything was to happen in the future. First, being that the system has a kink on the liquid line coming off of the outdoor unit. This is causing a restriction in the refrigerant flow. And I am unable to check the refrigerant levels properly until this is fixed. Second, I did notice that the insulation for the outdoor line set is coming apart and the hole that is going through the foundation for the line set is not sealed. This can cause a leak and multiple different temperature issues for the refrigerant. Third, I found that the ductwork is still dirty. The customer has tried to put covers over the supply vents in the floor, but the ductwork was still dirty from before the covers were installed. I’m giving the custome
