Upon arrival spoke with customer. Went over indoor unit, coil brushed clean. Filter was dirty. Drain line is clean. Blower is clean. Wires all tight. Heat strips checked within specs. Unit is level. Indoor unit is working properly. Went to outdoor, wires all tight. Contacter and capacitor checked within specs. Fan and compressor amped within specs. Refrigerant levels checked within specs. System went into defrost properly and came out. Disconnect wires are tight. Spoke with customer about the importance of surge protection, he explained they are having some car troubles right now and will look at surge protection in the future. We also spoke about water heater flushing and dryer vent cleaning but he explained they could do that them selves. System is working at this time of service.
