Arrived to customers home and greeted them outside. Spoke about the current issues they were experiencing. Began troubleshooting system found blower within specs. Noticed heavy oil staining on metal at evaporator coil, confirmed refrigerant level was low. Used electronic leak detector and found evaporator coil heavily leaking. Went over options with customer and due to medical reasons with with adding 410 back to the system tonight. Needs warranty confirmed and started incomplete estimate for coil replacement that will need to be completed a sent to customer to permanently fix leak.
