Preformed maintenance inspection on heat pump system. Checked indoor coil and found it to be clean. Preformed leak search on coil and didn't find any leaks at this time. Checked blower motor amp draw and found it to meet manufacturer set points. Checked outdoor coil and found it to be clean with no signs of leaks. Checked compressor and outdoor fan motor amp draw and found it to meet manufacturer set points. Checked outdoor capacitor and it failed my inspection. Checked pressures with gauges and found them to meet manufacturer set points with current outdoor temperature. Customer said she couldn't do the replacement today and did inform her of the return trip cost.
