Arrived to the home customer explained to me that the thermostat was previously changed and now the system is not working. I begin by checking to see if the system was getting the proper 24 V signals and it was. And then tried to see why the indoor fan was not coming on and why the outdoor unit was not coming on and was unable to figure it out. Call Ryan and him and Mr. Sean Hatten arrive to give me help. Once they arrive found that the indoor fan relay switch had failed. We then hotwired the fan relay switch hot and began to check the outdoor unit. Found that the compressor windings are shot and that the contactor has failed along with the outdoor capacitor has failed. Also found the system coils and blower are extremely dirty. Also found that the outdoor control board had also failed sending the system to run into heat once we jumped the system out. Gave customer a quote to repair the system and call for an MOD to come out. MOD is scheduled to arrive on 7/20/22 between 4 and 6 PM.
