Upon arrival filter is being changed regularly. Cleaned grate. Turned stat on heat. Blower and coil are clean. Drain line is clear, no safety’s. Wires are tight. Heat strips amped good. Blower amped at .8amps. 125° air temp coming out of vents. Indoor unit is working well. Went outside, cleaned coil. Stomped grass down around unit, recommended cutting grass around unit. Wires are tight. Contacter and capacitor checked within specs. Fan amped at 1.3amps. Compressor amped at 5.7amps. Refrigerant levels where 150/315. Defrost set to 30mins. Could not get into defrost due to outdoor temps being to high and sensor would not allow it to defrost. No surge protector on the system. Over all system is clean and in good working condition, recommended two safety’s for the system. Customer didn’t want them at this time.
