on my arrival the customer greeted me at the door. She then took me around to the thermostat indoor unit filters. She showed me all the rooms that I could enter and not enter and also the outdoor unit I started by checking the cleanliness of the indoor unit, I found that the blower wheel and evaporator coil. It were very dirty. I want to head and clean them for the customer per membership. I also informed the customer because of the filter that they had is not Densen off to filter out the fine dust particles that if we had to come out and clean it twice in a row that includes this time in the next time we come out that there’s a possibility that it will be a charge to clean it seeing as we’re doing our part the customer should be doing theirs.
