Upon arrival spoke with customer. Customer explained noise coming from indoor unit. Went to indoor unit and found wheel out of balance. Pulled housing and all and found housing cracked due to this. Priced up repair for customer and she wants to speak with the husband before making a choice. Coil is clear. Wires are tight. Heater kit is working well. Drain is clear. Went outside unit is level. Wires and motors all within specs. Refrigerant levels checked within specs. Disconnect wires are tight. Spoke with customer about water heaters and surge protectors but customer was not interest at this time. Will be giving customer call next week to see if she or her husband have any questions about the job.
