Upon arrival customer showed location of thermostat filters and basement air handler. The filters are OK at this time light debris inspected duct work which is clean free of debris. Inspected blower motor which pulled and cleaned debris on wheel amping correctly. Heat strips withing correct range per manufacture specification. Coil is clean free of debris no leaks found at this time. Going to the outdoor unit electrical connections clean tight and secured coil clean free of debris. Charge on system within range 67/275. found the system to be operating properly at this time provided options to help better protect and aid system. Customer declined at this time but was interested in photo max.
