Upon arrival customer Greeted me explained how they just had there carpets cleaned and were still wet. Customer showed access to basement furnace. Blower motor amping in correct range inspected flame sensor which was clean free of debris. Uv light was operating at this time gas pressures were in the correct range per manufacture specification at this time. The coil was clean free of debris no leaks at this time. Going to the outdoor unit found the coil clean free of debris. Capacitor was in the correct range per manufacture specification. Refrigerant pressures were in correct range at this time. When inspecting condenser motor found oil and the shaft had play.Provided customer with options at this time might do at a later date
