Preformed cooling inspection on heat pump system. Checked indoor coil and found it to be clean. Preformed leak search on coil and didn't find any leaks at this time. Wiped down blower motor wheel per contract. Checked blower motor capacitor and found it to meet manufacturer set points. Checked blower motor amp draw and found it to meet manufacturer set points. Checked outdoor coil and found it to meet manufacturer set points. Checked outdoor capacitor and found it to meet manufacturer set points. Checked outdoor compressor and fan motor amp draw and found it to meet manufacturer set points. Checked pressures with gauges and found them to meet manufacturer set points with current outdoor temperature. System is in working condition at this time.
