Preformed maintenance inspection on heat pump system in an attic. Checked indoor coil and cleaned it per contract. Preformed leak search on coil and didn't find any leaks at this time. Wiped down blower motor wheel per contract. Noticed the emergency drain pan didn't have a float switch to it, gave customer pricing to do the work. Checked outdoor coil and found it to be clean with no signs of leaks at this time. Checked outdoor capacitor and found it to meet manufacturer set points. Checked compressor and outdoor fan motor amp draw and found it to meet manufacturer set points. Checked pressures with gauges and found them to meet manufacturer set points with current outdoor temperature. Preformed maintenance inspection on an A/C system in a basement.
