During my inspection today, I started by looking up in the attic. I found multiple different issues. I got the customer on the schedule for Rob to come out here today. The customer ended up going with a new system for the attic. It will be installed Soon. I got started by turning the system off at the thermostat and made my way to the f urnace. I inspected multiple different components on the system, including the blower wheel/motor, evaporator coil,drain line, ductwork, electrical connections/components, flue pipe, gas pressures, heat exchanger, etc. I checked all of these components for proper operation and cleanliness. As well as to make sure that nothing was damaged. I made my way to the outdoor unit. On the outdoor unit I inspected multiple different components as well, including electrical connections/components, Condenser fan motor, Compressor, Motor amp draws, Refrigerant pressures(good), And the outdoor unit coil.
