Upon arrival completed inspection on indoor unit. Electrical connections are tight. Blower wheel and Evan coil are clean. Blower bearing tight and sealed. Cleaned and flushed drain line. Filter is dirty. Needs to be replaced. Customer did not have replacement filter. Heater packs amping within specs. Completed check on outdoor unit. Electrical connections are tight. Cleaned cond coil. Removing debris from coil. Compressor, fan motor, cond cap all within specs. Unit is properly charged. All ops normal at this time. Customer requested pricing for water heater replacement. See estimate.
