Preformed cooling inspection on gas furnace. Checked evaporator coil and found it to be clean. Preformed leak search on coil and didn't find any leaks at this time. Wiped down blower motor wheel per contract. Checked blower motor amp draw and found it to meet manufacturer set points. Checked outdoor coil and found it to be clean with no signs of leaks at this time. Checked outdoor capacitor and found it to meet manufacturer set points. Checked outdoor compressor and fan motor amp draw and found it to meet manufacturer set points. Checked pressures with gauges and found them to meet manufacturer set points with current outdoor temperature. System is in working condition at this time. While doing the cooling maintenance, I accidentally broke one of the doorstrike(clips) on the furnace door. I did put silicone on it so it can hold in place for the moment. Called Johnstone Supply in Richmond, per Ryan Goring, to order the part.
