Upon arrival there was no filter. Found coil dirty, blower is dirty. Wires are tight. Fan amped at 1.4amps. Heat strips are working properly. There is no drain safety’s. Coil has leak in bottom right corner. Got three hits and called for manager. Showed customer and explained I had to call a manager to come verify. Went outside, contacter and capacitor are newer. They checked out ok. Wires all tight. Fan and compressor amped at 11.2amps. Fan did not see oil but has a lot of water on it form the snow. Pressures where at 15psi and 101psi. Can no be sure on pressures due to dirty coil and blower. Megohmed compressor and it is green at this time. System is defrosting normal. Spoke with customer and she also had issue with stat randomly changing. Worked up stat in quote and called about coil and they no longer make the coil.
