no cooling met with home owner and they took me to t-stat found set for 76 was 80 in home went to indoor found it to be running but outdoor was not found drain safety tripped got approval to clear drain tried with shop vac nothing was still clogged went into the crawlspace and found drain line is laying on the floor of the crawl and goes back up to the outside drain will not work customer had another company install and she will call them to see if they will fix under warrenty, customer asked me to cut drain in crawlspace so she has a/c till it is fixe the crawlspace has a lot of water in it also from the rain system is back up and running good at his time, everything is clean system is just over a year old,
