I attached my gauges. I found the low side dropping below freezing and the high side rising. The coils are clean. The filter was removed from the system which was dirty. The pressures didn’t move. I pulled and tested the sensing bulb. The pressures didn’t move. I checked for a restriction in the filter drier but found none. The dampers are open. The TXV has a restriction. A new TXV will need to be ordered for installation. When we receive availability on the new TXV we will contact the customer to setup an appointment to complete the repair.
