Inspected 4” flue pipe and it is tight and neat and attached b vent locking joints at this time. Refrigerant lines are tight and neat at this time and Arma flex insulation is intact and without any visible defects at this time. Inspected gas line into furnace and it is within code and Also inspected manual gas shut off valve and it is functioning properly at this time.
