Malibu Heating and Air conditioning provided a detailed fair quote, the most detailed one I received. They installed top grade Mitsubhishi HVAC heat pump. The installers were professional and did an outstanding job going above and beyond expectations. We are extremely happy with the installation, quality, and professionalism of the entire purchase life cycle. I contacted Malibu to check out my rental property’s HVAC system. They were very responsive, on time, and thorough. After initial review, they actually found a possible solution to why my AC wasn’t working without replacing the whole system. They could have easily said I needed to replace the whole system, but they were transparent and trustworthy. Malibu came back out, tried the the minor fix and it ended up working. I’ll be replacing my system with them because of their professionalism, trustworthiness and overall grade A service. Thanks Malibu!
