Put another MOON stop/warranty sticker on system with date of installation, customer will not be able to change the filter in it's current location, need to go over job with steve moon to see what we can do for them. Best possible solution would be to cut filter rack in on side of furnace and tap the return flex into that and patch the top of furnace. Also recommended they sign up for the gold club.
