Club Furnace Rejuvenation: supply temperature is 110 degrees with a return temperature of 68 degrees. Heat rise is 42 degrees. Air movement system is clean. Air filter is dirty. Indoor voltage enhancement system has a factory spec 10uf and is reading 9.7mfd and is within allowable fault. Checked electrical connections and are tight. Checked tubing and is good. Cleaned off flame safety system. Tested gas supply shut off valve and is working properly. Safety switch is working properly. Igntion system is reading 17 ohms and should be reading between 30-60 ohms. Recommend having a new ignition system put in. Exaust removal system is reading 2 amps. Ignition system is reading .3 amps. Air movement system is reading 6 amps. WD40 wipedown on the system.
