Heat rise 68. House temp at the time was 64 degrees. Cleaned air circulation system. Cleaned burner system. Cleaned flame safety system. Static pressure .8 inWC. Indoor heat transfer system is a little dirty and will be cleaned during spring visit. Indoor voltage enhancement system rated 12.5uf actual is 12.9uf and is within the allowable fault. Checked for signs of moisture in furnace and found none. Could have no leaks. Refrigerant pumping passed megaohm test at 400 megaohms. Realigned burner system. Exhaust removal system reads 2.6 amps rated 2.8 and is good. Operation normal a this time.

WO-TNFR168498, no A/C outdoor system not running, checked and found that the outdoor voltage enhancement system has failed, 80/10 factory spec actual 0/0, installed replacement and test ran, do not recommend any other repairs due to the age and obsolete coolant. Compressor run load amps factory spec 25.4, actual 15.3, outdoor fan full load amps factory spec 1.1, actual 1.0.

Delta T is 20 degrees. Air filters need to be changed. Cleaned off air circulation system. Indoor heat transfer system is clean. Sprayed cleaner indoor heat transfer system. All electrical connections are tight. Installed treatment pad in water removal system to help breakdown sludge. Flushed water removal system with 1 gallon of water. Outdoor RLA and FLA amperages are within factory spec. Outdoor voltage enhancement system is within factory spec. Outdoor heat transfer system is clean. Rinsed outdoor heat transfer system. WD40 wipedown. Operation normal at this time.

AC rejuvenation: supply temperature was 43 degrees and the return temperature was 60 degrees. The Delta T had a temperature difference of 17 degrees. Checked air filter system which was clean and clear of all debris with no signs of concern. Checked air movement system which was clean and clear of all debris with no signs of concern. Checked all wiring inside electrical compartment which were all clean and clear of debris and secure. Checked evap coil which was clean and clear of all debris with no signs of concern. Cleaned off indoor system with proper towels and cleaner. Checked indoor voltage enhancement system which was running at a 12.3uf. factory spec is a 12.5uf so it was running within the allowable fault which was good. Checked outdoor voltage enhancement system which was running at 39.7/4.6uf. factory spec is a 40/5uf so it was running within the allowable fault which was good. Return temp. Was 70. Supply temp. Was 101. Heat rise has a difference of 31 degrees which is in normal operation. Checked filter which was clean. Pulled and checked air movement system which was clean and clear of debris. Checked wires in electrical compartment which were all secure. Check exhaust system which was clean and clear of debris. Checked inside voltage enhancement system which was a 7.3 uf. Factory spec is 7.5 which means it’s running good. Checked heat movement system which was clean and clear of debris with no signs of concern.

Cleaning: supply temp is 140 degrees with a return of 76. Heat rise is 64 degrees. Electrical connections are tight. Air movement system is clean. Voltage enhancement system is rated 12.5uf and is reading 10.3mfd. Cleaned combustion burner system. Cleaned off flame safety system. Flames are blue with orange tips. Exhaust removal system is reading 2.8 amps. Ignition system is reading .2 amps. Air movement system is reading 3.3 amps. All systems running well.

Completed winter service for heat pump. Checked air filters clean. Cleaned indoor heat transfer system. Air movement system clean. No indoor voltage enhancement system, ecm motor. Inspected electrical connections, good. 56o delta t temp rise. Inspected 0utdoor heat transfer system. Clean. Outdoor Voltage enhancement system, below factory specifications.45/5, actual 11/4.9. Replaced under 10 year parts and labor warranty. WO-TNFR94531

Checked air conditioner. Found fault in water removal system. And two of four air filters compromised. Advised customer they need to be changed now and on a monthly cycle. Advised customer this is a maintenance issue and can happen after servicing due to low flow of water removal andlack of pressure to push any debris that may find its way into pipe. Advised of charges and offered pan treatment. Customer choose to rejuvenate the line today only. Reset all safety switches and completed ac inspection after cleaning and flushing water removal system with coil Cleaner and two gallons of water. 135/245 refrigerant levels. Delta t 16o

Club ac rejuvenation, supply has a temperature of 40 degrees. Return has a temperature of 59 degrees. Delta t of 19 degrees. Blower wheel voltage enhancement system is reading 12.3uf and with a factory spec of 12uf it is within the allowable fault. All indoor board connections are good. Filter is clean. Outdoor voltage enhancement system is reading 39.8/4.9uf and with a factory spec of 40/5uf it is within the allowable fault. The electrical gateway is without any pitting. Cleaned off outdoor coil as well as the bottom of the unit to clear drain holes. Fla of .5. Rla of 5.5. Wd40 wipedown of outdoor unit. System is operating normally at this time.

The Heat pump furnace supply reads 132 with a return of 80 making our heat rise 52. Heat kit amperage is at normal state at this time. Fan blower is cleaned and running without any restrictions. All wiring are connected and tightened. Coils looks to be cleaned and in good condition as well. Overall Heat pump furnace is running at normal operations at this time.
