In Apache Junction: PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE- Upon arrival, cycled unit into cooling mode. Washed and dried Air Care filter. At unit, cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Took volts and amp draws from components. Checked start and run capacitors. Checked Freon levels with super heat and subcool. Washed and rinsed outdoor coils. Upon departure, unit is working properly and within factory specifications.
