In Buckeye, near Sun City Festival performing seasonal preventative maintenance on a York gas furnace. Cycled system on in cooling. Checked volt and amp draws. All in factory specification. Cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Checked Freon levels and pressures, also in factory specification. Cycled system on in heating. Burners adjusted properly. Gas line and flue piping both sealed and proper. Removed and cleaned out flame sensor. Checked back pressure and safety switch. All in working order. Changed return air filters. Recommend upgrading the system because of age and use of R22 Freon. Coil has normal rust for age of system, but is running OK at time of service.
