In Buckeye, near Sun City Festival performing routine seasonal maintenance on an Amana furnace. Checked attic furnace volt and amp draws. Checked Aprilaire filter and it needs changed out. Air scrubber is working properly and drain lines are good /pan is clean. Cycled system on in cooling. Checked volt and amp draws on condenser. Cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Checked Freon levels and pressures. Everything is within manufacturer specifications.
