In Buckeye, near Sun City Festival performing Fall preventative maintenance on a Lennox furnace. Upon arrival, cycled unit into heating mode. Replaced intake filters and took temperature reading from supply and return. At furnace, took volts and amp draws from components. Checked and cleaned all sensors and safety switches. Inspected inlet and outlet gas pressure. Also took static pressure from return and supply. Cleaned and wiped down furnace. Inspected tankless water heater and made sure connections were tight and nothing loose. Vacuumed out water heater as well. Upon departure, unit is working properly and within factory specifications.
