In El Mirage, near West Aster Drive and North 124th Lane performing a diagnostic on a York condenser. Found unit to be low on charge; was able to find leak in loose piston nut. Coils have rust and noticeable corrosion. Recharged system. Upon departure, system is working properly and within manufacturer specifications.
