In Mesa, near East Decatur Street and North 62nd Street performing a diagnostic on an Amana package heat pump. Upon arrival, cycled unit into cooling mode. Unit would cycle for 12-15 minutes and turn off with thermostat still calling for cooling. No 24 volts present out of defrost board. Checked all pressure switches and all closed circuits. Defrost board replaced on 04/03/2020. Bypassed defrost board until board can be ordered and re installed. Upon departure, unit is working properly and within manufacturer specifications.
