In San Tan Valley, AZ: PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE- Cycled system on into cooling mode. Checked volt and amp draws; all in factory specification. Cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Checked Freon levels and pressures; also in factory specification. Acid washed outdoor coil and rinsed. Changed return air filters and checked splits. Return 76/Supply 57. Hard start kit is very hot and is low on MFD. Recommend new hard start kit. *Installed new hard start kit. Cycled system back on. System is working properly and within manufacturer specifications. Service complete.
