In Sun City, near West Emerald Point and North Buccaneer Way performing a Dual preventative maintenance on a Goodman package heat pump. Upon arrival, cycled unit into cooling/heating mode. Replaced media pads. Took temperature readings from supply and return. At unit, cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Took volt and amp draws from components. Checked Freon levels with superheat and subcool. Checked start and run capacitors. Checked heating side and cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Checked all safety switches and pressure switches. Checked inducer motor and gas supply. Upon departure, unit is working properly and within manufacturer specifications.
