In Surprise, near West Mountain View Boulevard and North Reems Road performing dual preventative maintenance on an Aire Flo condenser. Upon arrival, cycled unit into cooling mode. Left homeowner with intake filters and took temperature readings from supply and return. At unit, cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Took volts and amp draws from components and checked capacitors. Checked Freon levels with super heat and subcool. Replaced existing thermostat with Eco Bee tstat. Upon departure, unit is working properly and within manufacturer specifications. Left thermostat un secured to wall until dry waller fixes dry wall.
