In Surprise, near West Waddell Road and North Cotton Lane performing a diagnostic on a commercial unit that is not cooling properly. Upon arrival, found belt broken for the blower motor. Installed new belt, de-thawed system. Upon departure, system is working properly and within manufacturer specifications.
