In Surprise, near West Links Drive and North Tamarisk Flower Way performing Fall preventative maintenance on 3 units. Upon arrival, cycled units into heating mode. Replaced intake filters and took temperature reading from supply and return. At furnaces, cleaned and tightened electrical components. Took volts and amp draws from components. Vacuumed out and wiped down furnace. Inspected and tested all safety switches and gas supply and flue piping. Upon inspection of water heater, noticed extreme rust marks on pedistool. Upon departure, units are working properly and within manufacturer specifications.
