In Surprise, near West Calistoga Drive and North Fresco Court performing Fall preventative maintenance on a York furnace. Upon arrival, cycled unit into heating mode. Replaced intake filters and took temperature reading from supply and return. At furnace, cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Took volt and amp draws from components. Tightened low voltage at control board. Cleaned and re mounted flame sensor. Checked all pressure and safety switches. Vacuumed and wiped down furnace. Upon departure, unit is working properly and within manufacturer specifications.
