In Surprise, near West Mountain View Boulevard and North Reems Road performing a dual preventative maintenance service on an Aire Flo split system. Upon arrival, cycled unit into heating/cooling mode. Replaced intake filters and took temperature reading from supply and return. At unit, cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Took volts and amp draws and checked start and run capacitors. Checked Freon levels with super heat and subcool. Recommend routine maintenance on HVAC equipment. Upon departure, unit is working properly and within manufacturer specifications.
