In Surprise, AZ near West Crocus Drive and North 160th Avenue performing routine seasonal maintenance on an Amana furnace. Removed and cleaned flame sensor and reinstalled. Cleaned burners and furnace cabinet. Checked gas and flue piping. Cycled heat on. Checked back pressure safety switch. Checked limit switches and all safeties. Checked volt and amp draws. Changed return air filter and checked splits. System is newer and running properly at this time.
