In Tempe, near West 14th Street and South Farmer Avenue performing Fall preventative maintenance on a Westinghouse gas pack. Upon arrival, cycled unit into heating mode. Replaced intake filters and took temperature readings from supply and return. At unit, cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Took volts and amp draws from components. Checked Freon levels with super heat and subcool. Checked start and run capacitors and also washed and rinsed outdoor coils. Upon departure, unit is working properly and within manufacturer specifications.
