Upon arrival the technician spoke with the customer, the customer stated that his garbage disposal is not working and his sink is not draining properly. The technician started by unclogging the garbage disposal, and testing whether or not the garbage disposal had power, technician found that the garbage disposal breaker was tripped. The technician reset the breaker and tested the garbage disposal, garbage disposal working properly at this time. The technician then found that the clog is further down the drain line, the customer decided to go ahead and pay for the garbage disposal unclog and hold off on the drain line clear until he has available means. Garbage disposal is working properly at this time but the sink is still clogged.
