Upon arrival technician found that the evaporator coil was partially clogged with grease and dust. The technician recommended a Evap clean. The customer accepted, the technician cleaned the evaporator coil, the technician explained that this will help but does not guarantee that it will solve the issue of the water being pulled from the coil by the fan motor into the system.
