Upon arrival the technician spoke with the customer, the customer explained that her master bedroom is not getting enough airflow and it’s getting too hot. The technician checked the temperatures and found that the whole house has a 17° difference with a 15° in the master bedroom along with the master bathroom and closet. Upon further inspection the technician found that the system is working properly but the ductwork on this System is not routed correctly, so the master bedroom bathroom and closet do not get adequate airflow due to the fact that the dust that it comes off of has around five Y’s completely cutting down the airflow to around 30%. The technician also found that the windows are single pane and the temperature on the window is around 100°F. This is causing the house to heat up when the AC shut off.
