Upon arrival technician found that the system was freezing up. Technician found that the filter for the upstairs was completely clogged. The technician pulled out the clog filter, the technician went outside and checked the refrigerant levels and found that the system is completely clogged and has pressures of 137/595 when the pressures should be 125/300. The technician explained that the system is too dirty in order The technician to properly check the pressures. And the system needs to be cleaned.
