Upon arrival technician found that all the vents are facing the wrong direction and are facing inward towards the room and not facing towards the heat load that are coming in through the windows. Half the vents are metal vents that will end up molding due to the condensation. And the other half of the vents are plastic vents, this will not mold due to the vents not holding heat. The technician also found that the systems are extremely dirty on the inside. The technician took photos of the dirt on the cabinet door and the blower motor. Considering the amount of dirt that’s on the blower motor the coils are most likely extremely dirty as well. The technician check the filters and the filters are currently dirty and clogged.
