Upon arrival technician found that both systems had failed capacitors. One was a 70 x 5, the other was a 45 x 7.5. Upon finding this the technician spoke with the homeowner, and informed her that the technician had concerns that this may happen again before they are able to sell the house if they do not install hard start kits on the system. The customer agreed to having a hard start kits and capacitors installed. The technician installed new capacitor and hard start kits, all systems working properly at this time.
