Upon arrival the technician performed two seasonal Heating safety inspections. The technician found that the first unit is a two-year-old ream unit. The technician checked all the safeties, all safeties working properly at this time. The technician checked the blower motor, blower motor spotless at this time. The technician check the filters, the filters have been changed recently. The technician moved onto the second system, the technician checked all the safeties on the second system, all systems working properly. This system is an older system, the technician did not get an approximate date on the system. The system looks to be a trane system. This system looks to be working properly at this time. Seasonal heating safety inspection passed.
