Upon arrival technician found a failed 45 x 5 capacitor. The technician spoke with the customer and informed them that the capacitor failed due to the system over Epping, and the system is clogged with dirt and debris. The technician recommended a hard start kit and cleaning the unit as well as replacing her capacitor. Customer agreed. The technician cleaned the outdoor unit, installed surge protector, and replaced the hard start kit. System working properly at this time.
