Called by 8:40 am on a morning that temps were expected to feel like 105 and requested service on the outside unit of our A.C. (fan not running). Given a service window of 12-4. Explained that I had a puppy that had just had surgery so I had no where to go to get relief from the heat and was told they would note it and do what they could to get here as early as possible. Called at 2:30, next call on list. Service showed up at 5pm. Just needed a condenser for the fan, 20 minute repair over $400. I understand you are a for profit business, but rather excessive for a part I can get on Amazon for less than $16, so I'm sure you get it for far less.

Bill H. I found that the master water closet was fully stoped up. I pulled it and found that the drain line was fully clogged with stool. I ran my k1500 about 25 feet down the line a few times to clear the drain. Job done under warranty. I installed two new toto ada approved water closets upstairs. I caulked them and instructed the customer not to sit on the toilets for eight hours. Two year warranty on the water closets. I explained to the customer that that amount of stool piled into the drain is very uncommon. I also told the customer to take steps to soften the stool. Temp warranty until the hydro jet.
Tech ran 28 feet of cable down the laundry drain. The stoppage was cleared at 19 feet. Tech pulled back lint from the drain. The customer was talked to about several lint Catchers for the discharge line from the washing machine. The drain is clear and no leaks. Work is complete.
Tech replaced old 2lb expansion Tank with a new 2lb expansion tank. There are no leaks and the work is complete.
Not a stoppage, butter knife stuck in garbage disposal. Unhooked garbage disposal and removed object. Reconnected, but it began to leak water through the G/D through the base. Installed new G/D with dishwasher hookup. Tested with no leaks. Badger 5 1/2 HP + 2 Year Warrenty

Snaked bathtub overflow and lava sink. Pulled back hair, and drain began to flow. Showed customer how to use bioclean.
Customer wants to wait and call their home warranty first before work starts. Customer stated that they thought My Plumber was part of America Homeshield. So the customer wants to see what is covered under their warranty first. Customer said they will call back.
Kitchen drain had a stoppage. My plumber ran 30 feet of cable down the drain. The stoppage cleared at 24 feet. Ran hot water down the drain to clear all lose gunk. Anything was pulled back. Drain is clear.
