Called by 8:40 am on a morning that temps were expected to feel like 105 and requested service on the outside unit of our A.C. (fan not running). Given a service window of 12-4. Explained that I had a puppy that had just had surgery so I had no where to go to get relief from the heat and was told they would note it and do what they could to get here as early as possible. Called at 2:30, next call on list. Service showed up at 5pm. Just needed a condenser for the fan, 20 minute repair over $400. I understand you are a for profit business, but rather excessive for a part I can get on Amazon for less than $16, so I'm sure you get it for far less.
