Replaced Toto flapper on toilet because original was deteriorating around the lip of entire flapper and cracking . There was a slight whining sound coming from the fluid master came to the conclusion it wasn’t hardly being used and it was a lot of water setting and not running through it enough. I showed customer as I flushed repeatedly the sound went away
